Workint Student (f/m/d) Outsourcing in Banking

YOUR ROLE

Mission:
We are looking for a Working Student to support Outsourcing Department.
Outsourcing is responsible for supporting the selection and monitoring processes for all outsourcing partners within the Banking operation. This includes all areas and all entities / branches (currently esp. also branch Italy). As part of the role it needs to be especially considered, that the majority of banking activities is outsourced to one main partner as Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS).

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Transfer of the relevant original contracts to the Sharepoint
  • Sort the archive of contract documents
  • Support Outsourcing- / BaaS-teams in daily activities (e.g. preparation Service Scorecard, alignment calls with providers, mgmt. calls, etc.)
  • Preparation of documents for Committees, storage, etc. (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  
Other tasks & duties
  • Flexible support activities for HCBE with focus on activities from the Outsourcing Department
  • Align with all other areas of bank where necessary for steering, monitoring and supporting the cooperation with external service providers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Student (Uni, FH), preferably law or business studies, with presentation of a current certificate of enrollment Preferably experience in Financial Services- / Banking business
  • Interest in the finance/car/leasing/banking environment
  • Preferably basic Knowledge in Project Management
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills
